Each consultation begins with a body measurement, so we'll need to meet in the morning, and I'll ask that you come on an empty stomach—no food or water. At our first meeting, we will thoroughly review your current eating habits and health status, followed by setting your goals. I will then develop a personalized eating plan for you. We will also schedule regular monthly follow-ups to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments. Additionally, if you require it, I can create a sports program for you to follow during your coaching period. Between our meetings, we will stay in contact daily via WhatsApp, where I will ask you to track your food intake and send me daily reports.
Results can vary depending on your starting point, goals, and how closely you follow the plan. However, many clients start to see noticeable improvements within the first few weeks.
